Termite Inspections
- A regular termite inspection by a professional is the best first step in protecting your assets from these very common timber pests.
- Promaster technicians will perform your inspection to the Australian Standard (AS 3660). A non-intrusive visual inspection will be carried out to all accessible areas and accessible timbers on your property including the house and gardens, trees, stumps, landscaping, outbuilding and fences up to a 50 metre radius from the house.
- As required by AS 3660 various internal timbers and wall cavities will be tested for soundness and excessive moisture levels using the latest tools available.
- You will receive your written report on the spot together with any written recommendations and tips to help you minimise the risk of termite infestations on your property.
- More involved and intrusive inspections are available if recommended by your inspector, or upon your request.

Active Termite Treatments
- Active (live) termite colonies and full blown house infestations are controlled by applying a registered termiticide dust or foaming agent to all termites and termite workings located.
- No arsenic dust is used by Promaster. We recommend Altriset foam or Termidor dust for this important first stage of your treatment.
- Once all live termites have been confirmed as eradicated from the located infestated areas, a residual liquid termiticide is applied to the soil abutting all the foundations of your house or structure.
